Nimbus is an interdisciplinary performance featuring 2D digital animation projected onto a 2.5D cloud sculpture using projection mapping, performed with live-cue software by Abigail Baird to accompany a transcendent piano performance by Morgan Lee.
Abigail Baird designed the animations with transparency for layering and flexible timing, enabling live-cued sequences to adapt to the pianist’s pacing, ensuring a seamless and responsive performance.
